I have been asked on many occasions for a customised colour to fit in with the decor of the room the model is intended for.

 

In these instances, you need to email me the colour you require or post me a swatch and contact me by email (roger@vadi.co.uk) or telephone (01803 732 933) regarding the extra time it would take. I charge an extra £40 for this service which is limited to Oscars, Maids and Luigis.

Jockey: Dimensions

Each unique butler have these standard dimensions (Inches):

  • All Jockey models are 38″ tall and 15″ wide.
  • Their trays are 8″ in diameter, large enough for a plate or ice bucket.
  • Their plinths are 8.5″ x 15″ and are made of 1″ pine.
  • The height of the tray from the ground is 26″ an ideal height when relaxing on a sofa.
  • The weight of the jockey is 3.26 kilos.
  • The maximum weight the tray can hold is 10kg.

Terms and conditions: Agreement 

 

By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Acceptance of your order

 

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and we shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website.

 

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or to a change in price from that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address or phone number you provide when placing the order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute item without your express authority.

 

At present we can only accept orders in pounds sterling.

 

Delivery

 

We aim to deliver your Kentchurch Butler to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. We will contact you if there is a delay.

 

Returns/Exchanges

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for refund within 14 days of delivery.

 

Butlers must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging and returned with your receipt.

  • If you need a Butler delivered quickly, message us before you place your order so we can prioritize your Butler to be made and dispatched sooner.
  • Sometimes we can dispatch within 48 hours depending on the model you want. I try to keep a stock of the most popular models ready for immediate dispatch.
  • He is delivered to you in a  recycled cardboard box by our current courier, Parcel Force. I use their 48-hour delivery service and you would have to sign for him when he is delivered.
  • UK Postage & Packaging is £29.00.
  • For International Postage and Packaging please refer to the table on the right.
  • All postage and packaging is factored and itemised into the purchase cost when you place your order.
